In this blog article, I am going to discuss the concept of “Best AC Quality at the Best Price” and how Frosty’s achieves this using our approach and documenting it in our Free AC Quote. Our Free AC Quote Describes the Best AC Quality at the Best Price
Our Free AC Quote requires a site visit to your home and business to collect data. Our Frosty’s technician will inspect and evaluate the current equipment placement, plenum, refrigerant lines, drainage line, electrical panel, wiring, outside area, current air handle dimensions, duct distribution, building floor area, current system capacity, direct some questions to the customer, etc. Next, from our site visit, we analyze this information to identify the AC Systems and Heat Pumps that will meet the customer’s needs. We seek to present to our customers the most cost-effective systems and installation to do the job.
Frosty always recommends the best solution for customers. After the Frosty’s technicians give me their data, I develop accurate proposals for each customer. As an authorized dealer of all the major AC brands, I perform a considerable amount of work for each Free AC Quote. I use the AC specifications needed to research systems for the proper cooling capacities. I also look at the system dimensions to best replace the old system with little or no construction rework. I spend a lot of time online to compare different manufacturer’s models for prices with the same specs. Also, I ensure the match of the air handler and AC compressor specifications. I proactively search for discounts and rebates for relevant systems. I narrow down the proposed choices to 3 different models that meet the customer needs for adequate cooling/heating at the lowest price and recommend it as our AC Quote.
We present our custom proposal as an AC Quote to the customer as an accurate final price with details. Our AC Quote is good for 30 days. In our AC Quote, we identify the best AC quality system for the best price.
The Customer’s Budget Will Determine the Best AC Quality
However, some customers don’t want the best system or may think the price is too high for their budget. In general, the higher the quality of an AC system or Heat Pump usually means the prices are higher. I wrote a blog article entitled “What are the Best AC Brands?” where I discuss the three tiers of Best Brands, Good Brands, and Budget Brands.
I write all our AC Quotes for the first tier for the most durability and best value unless the customer tells me their budget or the amount of money they want to spend. Our competitor will respond to our tier 1 AC Quote with tier 2 & 3 level quotes at lower prices. Thus, if we propose a Lennox, (tier 1 brand), and our competitors respond with a Goodman, (tier 3 brand), the price is lower than ours. In these situations, we will re-do our AC Quote for a tier 3 proposal, and in most cases, our AC Quotes are less expensive when you are comparing apples to apples.
