After working over 2 years with the owners Mike and Laura and having detail discussions with their AC technicians, I can say without any hesitation they care about their customers and really look out for them and spend a lot of effort providing top-notch service with the lowest prices the company can afford.
So, when I needed an AC Replacement, I asked Frosty’s to give me a free estimate and a proposal. Laura gave me 3 AC Systems configurations and explained the cons and pros of each. She recommended the best cost-effective solution that has the potential to last for the next 20 years or more. The price was good and she included the options I wanted.

I am 100% satisfied with Frosty’s AC Replacement – they made the entire process and installation very easy.
A few days later, the County Inspector came to my house to review the permit and inspect the AC installation. Of course, Frosty’s AC handled all of the paperwork and made the appointment for me with the inspector. It was convenient and easy. The inspector was familiar with Frosty’s work and said they always go beyond the standards and pay attention to details.
The inspector pointed out to me a few specifics where Frosty’s did more than most contractors that he inspected. I was totally delighted to hear from a county inspector that Frosty’s AC installation is better than most in Hillsborough County.
After the new AC System was installed for a week and running great, Mike from Frosty’s AC called me to ask how is the new system doing and to schedule an appointment for the next day. The purpose of the visit was to ensure the refrigerant level is set exactly to manufacturer’s specifications. I told Mike on the phone that I am extremely happy with the new AC System.
The next day Mike arrived at the scheduled time and went to the outside AC Unit with a special meter with many complex scales. Mike explained he was going to adjust the amount of refrigerant specified by Lennox according to the AC Model and Air Handler and the outside ambient temperature. Mike adjusted about half a pound of the R-410A refrigerant to be within the precise tolerance. This was done to improve system efficiency and increase equipment life. Now that’s great service! I continue to enjoy my new system and new savings of approximately $150 per month in electricity.
